Ain't No Way No How

The problem with being a legendary country music cowboy, when I'm not working my day job down at Jasper's Big Spur Tire & Alignment, is all the gals that chase after me. Sometimes I meet a really nice one and wind up marrying her. That's happened five times so far.

Anyway, this song is about one of the gals that I tried to shake loose, but she just wouldn't stand for it. I hope this doesn't happen to you as my experience was mighty embarrassing on several occasions.

You hid a GPS on my truck,
You kept calling my ex-wives.
You called me at work, crying like mad,
To tell me your goldfish died.

I said I needed my own space,
And, boy, that turned you mean.
You picked up my best beer mug,
And tossed it through my new flatscreen!

Ain't no way, no how.
I'm living in the here and now.
I'm never going back to those bad old days,
Putting up with you and your crazy ways,
Ain't no way, no how.

Stop buggin' me to take you back,
And, another thing let's get straight.
Don't ever show up again at Applebee's,
And scream at my next date!

Ain't no way, no how.
I'm living in the here and now.
I'm never going back to those bad old days,
Putting up with you and your crazy ways,
Ain't no way, no how.
Ain't no way, no how.
Ain't no way, no how.
